The baby bird and the mommy bird- I think

During science class today I had an idea.  I think that a baby bird and a mommy bird is kind of like us and God.  A baby bird is helpless when it is first born.  But then they have a mom that always takes care of them and feeds them and then gradually let's them fly away.  When we start out and don't know about God we are helpless.  We can't do anything!  But then when God get's in our lives He changes everything in a really awesomely-good way.  He cares about us and saves us and let's each of us see Him at least once in our lives.  Even if you don't believe in God he still let's you know that he's there and he's real.  Then he let's you go to see if you'll stay with him or not.
